Your information
Privacy policyEffective October 9, 2026
The short version: I only collect what you send me when you ask for help, I use it only to reply and do the work, and I never sell it. This site has no tracking cookies or analytics.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me when you ask for help.
- The booking form. It doesn't send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with a message filled in, and nothing goes out until you press Send. That message can include whether the job is for your home or a business, your name, phone number, city, preferred day and time, business name, a description of the problem, and whether you're asking about the senior, veteran or veteran-owned business discount. Your email address comes with the email you send.
- Calls, texts and emails. Your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell me.
- During a repair. I treat what's on your device as confidential and only look at what the repair requires.
How I use it
To reply to you, schedule and quote the work, do the job, follow up about it, and keep the records any business needs, such as invoices. I don't use it for anything else, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't share it with anyone for their marketing. It's stored with the email and phone services I use to run the business. I'll only disclose it beyond that if the law requires it.
Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels, and its fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. No advertising or analytics company collects information about what you do here. Because nothing on the site tracks you, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, as explained in GitHub's documentation and privacy statement.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your info
Email info@codebluepcrepair.com, or call or text (805) 622-7303, to ask what I have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I may need to keep records the law requires, such as invoices for completed work.
Keeping it safe
I take reasonable steps to protect what you send me. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please never email or text me passwords or full card numbers.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
California residents
I don't sell or share personal information, and I don't give it to other companies for their own marketing.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
